Mallory is the CEO and Lead Trainer of Thriving Talents, a millennial talent development company that specializes in customizing experiences to help attract, engage and retain talent through Team Building, Onboarding and Learning Programmes. Thriving Talents has helped many Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, General Electric, Shell, HSBC, and Prudential among others to weaponize their talent with skills to be more productive and profitable for their companies. Together with Michael Teoh, she has led the production of the ‘Potential Matrix™’ book which highlights a proven ‘Personal Development Model’ used by high achieving individuals and companies. Mallory is a Certified Motivational Coach and she is also certified under Emeritus Institute of Management in partnership with MIT in Leading Organisational Change as well as a Certified NLP Practitioner. She was also recognized as a Fellow of President Obama’s Young Southeast Asia Leaders initiative (YSEALI) which entitled her to attend a rare Townhall Meeting with President Barack Obama. Prior to Thriving Talent, she was the first Project Director for the Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum (JWEF) in Malaysia, a global platform to promote and Accelerate Junior Entrepreneurship globally.
